Replacement Policy

At Etnasasta.com, our goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement product only. However, please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Replacement Policy:

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the product to initiate a replacement request.
  • You will be required to provide us with a clear photo and 360-degree video of the damage or defect, as well as your order number and the name of the item you received.
  • Once we have received your request and confirmed the damage or defect, we will send you a replacement product.

Please note that our replacement policy applies only to products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. We cannot offer replacements for products that have been used or for any other reason not related to the condition of the product. You also need to hold a complete package, plastic, tag, etc,

Cancellation Policy:

  • We do not offer cancellations or refunds for any orders placed on Etnasasta.com.
  • If you would like to change or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed.
